Drink plenty of herbal teas and also try eating nuts with sunflower seeds and pulses such as lentils. If you want to get into weight loss on a higher scale there are such things as blood groups according to ones blood types. If you love things like chips, you can have alternatives such as potato wedges baked with olive oil and a low fat food dip. For example low fat creams, chives and lemon juices.

Kale is a very good vegetable to purchase as it’s a super food and any green leafy vegetable that are organic goes with a stir fry and you can use quin as a meat substitute instead. You must definitely avoid supermarket sauces at all cost. You can use as an alternative lemon and lime juice and apple cider vinegar. If you are a vegetarian avoid cheese that is not vegetarian cheese as it contains rennet, which is the lining of the cows stomache.  Remember when trying to lose weight to cut down on all of the dairy products and use substitutes like sour milk.
