The secret to losing body fat fast

I used a couple of methods to lose body fat. They worked for me and people I know, so I am highly positive it will work for you. I am still using these methods and I am refining them constantly to see more improvements.
What you always here is that you need count the amount of calories you take in, compared to the amount you burn if you want to lose weight. I do not know about you, but to me this is a burden. Nobody wants to limit themselves to counting how many calories they take in.
The three best ways to lose body fat fast are:

Drink Plenty Of Water
Water has many benefits: it lets you digest properly, increases your energy, keeps your skin healthy and makes you lose weight. Always keep a bottle of water with you wherever you go.
Eat Right
This might be a hard one to swallow, but you have to change your eating habit. I am not suggesting diets, because I am not a fan of them, what I am suggesting is changing your eating habits slowly.
If you are used to eating junk food regularly and want to change that; do not just stop eating junk food all of a sudden. This will feel like a punishment. Instead slowly lower your consumption of junk food during a week.
So if you're used to eating fatty foods five days a week, cut it down to four. Once you get used to four days, cut it down to three, and so on. This is the best way to do it, because you gradually adjust yourself to eating less junk food.


Exercise
The last and most important method is to exercise. Exercising has many benefits. Not only will you lose weight, you will also feel more energetic and you will be healthier.
Always stretch before exercising and do cardio before workouts.
The secret to workouts is to stay consistent, even if you do not see improvements initially. You need to be consistent in your effort, do not skip a few days if you want to see quick results.
