Hate Exercises to Lose Stomach Fat? How to Lose Lower Stomach Fat Easily

If you are like me then your stomach is the one part of your body which causes you the greatest amount of concern. You feel self conscious or awkward in social situations (or even on your own) and you constantly wear loose clothing so as not to draw attention to your bulge. Even worse, your kids or partner are embarrassed about the way your belly looks.
Our options to tame our tummy?

1) EXERCISE
We are constantly told that exercise is the only real way we are going to shift it. If you are anything like the rest of us, the thought of a constant, disciplined exercise regime is mentally tough. We start off with the best intentions and manage 2 or 3 days in a row but then we let something put us off our stride - "It's raining so I won't go go for my 20 minute walk" or the phone rings and an hour passes and you think "I'll do it tomorrow". When you actually do the exercises y(be it walking or abdominal crunches) you find out it hurts! So what other option do we have for losing stomach fat fast?


2) DIET
When starting a new diet you arguably need more discipline and organization than when you start to exercise! Whatever diet you choose you must carefully calculate the intake of calories to determine your progress. In order to lose one pound of fat you need to burn up 3,500 more than you consume. Basically you need to cut back on your day to day intake of calories by 500 a day. Maybe cut your consumption by 250 calories a day and burn 250 calories also. This must be followed very carefully and a very dedicated approach is needed.
Is there a third option to permanently and safely lose stomach fat WITHOUT exercises or diet? There is....
