How to Lose Weight While You Sleep?

Reports say that 60 to 70 million Americans suffer from chronic sleep loss. For adults that's an average sleeping time of 7 hrs a night. New study found that sleep deprivation is the cause to weight gain, even obesity. You can learn how to sleep your way to skinny in just a few easy and simple steps.

Decreased sleep will spike the hormone ghrelin that stimulates your urge for food. So its possible to actually eat up to 300 calories more a day with less sleep. Over time 300 calories will turn into 30 pounds. a year. When people are sleep deprived they're metabolism slows down and their cortisol raises, this means also increased urge for food.
So what do you end up doing when you get a little hungry?
Yes, you begin snacking. Also when you're sleep deprived you don't get enough REM sleep- deep sleep. This is when you lose the most of your calories. Then there is Hormones which have a remarkable effect on weight gain and weight loss.
Below are a few steps you can take to help you get better sleep at night as well as being able to get rid of some weight while you sleep.
Steps - For your room:
The first step: Use a foam core pillow:
• Chang your pillow to one that will support your neck.
The second step: Use eye shades and ear plugs:
• Something to cover your ears and eyes.
The third step: Use a sound machine:
• A machine that plays natural noises.
Steps - For your body:
The first step: Calculate your body's best bedtime or when you usually go to sleep:
• Determine your normal wake up time.
• Count back 7 ½ hrs.
• Set your alarm clock to go to bed.
The second step: Supplement with Magnesium and Calcium:
• Natural Sleep Aids.
• Take 400mg Magnesium and 600mg Calcium.
